Banh cuon (stuffed pancake) : it is valuable to try at least for 1 time as your breakfast when you are in Vietnam. Banh cuon looks so simple but it requires a certain skill to make it. That is why Vietnamese normally can’t do it at home. Interestingly, banh cuon’s filling is varied by local areas. However, the standard serving of banh cuon contains 4 layers: herbs, rice cover, sophisticated filling together with Vietnamese lean pork paste. Also, tasty sauce is indispensable part of this meal.

Com tam (broken rice): is a symbol of street food in Ho Chi Minh. A plate of Com tam is covered by a plethora of ingredients such as marinated grilled pork chops, shredded pork skin, fried egg…etc.
Why to need to try Com tam one time? Because broken rice cannot be exported. Also, every Vietnamese takes “com tam” as delicious meal in the morning, afternoon or even for dinner. It is special because they use many seasonings to marine pork chops that you could not find such taste in other Asian’s countries meal.
